Klamath County Strong
There is a new Facebook group in Klamath County OR called Klamath County Strong. It is a Linchpin, holding and connecting needs with resources at a very grass roots level during this crisis.
A recent posting was from a business, one of our local bakers, Green Blade Bakery, the family that started this bakery were grain farmers so are a very close to the source business. they just posted in the Klamath County Strong public group page this posting:

Just out of the ovens, another batch of the special discounted bread we’ve been making for out-of-work food, bar and hospitality workers. We have eighteen this time.
If you are one of those workers, all you have to do is come down with a recent paystub from the place you were working, and you get a loaf.
And guess what? A woman called us up from down in California, and paid for fifty loaves, so they are now free for those workers who need to feed themselves and/or their families. And guess what else? There are two other people waiting in line to pay for the next fifty, and the next fifty after that.
As you might imagine, this touched our hearts. And it helped us come up with a name for this particular bread:
The Hope Loaf. ❤️
