There&#8217;s good advice here for anyone in ag who is out in the field with others.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">THE NEW NORMAL<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">It\u2019s strange to think that a company built on handshakes is now keeping 6\u2019 to 10\u2019 of distance from our clients. We continue to\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">monitor the rapidly evolving situation and are actively making changes to protect our clients and ourselves as we tour farms,<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">ranches, and vineyards, and other types of rural properties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1. Before meetings, our Brokers will ask our clients\/customers for their preferred protocol from a health and safety standpoint.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">We are set up with the right technology to make any meeting virtual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2. We recommend driving separate vehicles while traveling throughout the property.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3. We will maintain a safe distance from each other: recommend 6\u2019 to 10\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">4. Our Brokers have hand sanitizer and will utilize it every 30 minutes and before and after touching doors, gates, and other<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">high-touch areas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">5. Most of our showings take place outside on ranches where social distancing is easily accomplished.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">6.
