Klamath County Strong<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n There is a new Facebook group in Klamath County OR called Klamath County Strong<\/strong>. It is a Linchpin, holding and connecting needs with resources at a very grass roots level during this crisis.\u00a0<\/p>\n A recent posting was from a business, one of our local bakers, Green Blade Bakery, the family that started this bakery were grain farmers so are a very close to the source business. they just posted in the Klamath County Strong public group page this posting:<\/p>\n Green Blade Bakery<\/b><\/p>\n Just out of the ovens, another batch of the special discounted bread we’ve been making for out-of-work food, bar and hospitality workers. We have eighteen this time.<\/p>\n If you are one of those workers, all you have to do is come down with a recent paystub from the place you were working, and you get a loaf.<\/p>\n And guess what? A woman called us up from down in California, and paid for fifty loaves, so they are now free for those workers who need to feed themselves and\/or their families. And guess what else? There are two other people waiting in line to pay for the next fifty, and the next fifty after that.<\/p>\n As you might imagine, this touched our hearts.
